The Cats are off to another good campaign going 5-0 in the first five games of the season. September 14th marked the official start to the fall season with a scrimmage against NHTI. After a commanding win on the back of a strong pitching performance by Zack Martineau, the team hosted Union College in a 3 game series on September 29th and 30th. Throughout the 3 games, 42 runs were scored while only letting up 9 total runs. Zack Martineau, Dylan Degon and Kevin Tomasko were credited with the wins on the mound. Most recently, the Cats took on Northeastern University in a scrimmage last weekend. Zack Martineau managed another stellar performance on the mound throwing a 9-inning complete game shut out with only 2 allowed hits. The team is looking at 2 weeks off until another home series against URI on October 20th and an away series on November 3rd against RPI.
